Once we finally got someone out here, the technician and the people on the phones were great! We had our initial service in October, noticed bugs in November and tried to get scheduled for another service. It took until March before anyone came. With that said it was some of our scheduling but mostly Greenix. When I called to discuss the customer service department did issue refunds for the missed months. We pay around $70/mo with the service supposed to make visits 6x per year. So despite the poor communication and scheduling, I cannot give the technician a poor rating either of the 2 visits and the customer service people have been helpful. The bugs are definitely better!

Guy B. was my service technician, and he was extremely professional, polite, and very personable from start to finish. He took the time to walk me through the treatment process, answered my questions thoroughly, and made sure everything was done properly. He did a great job treating my home and was very respectful of my space. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and that level of care really stood out. I highly recommend Greenix Pest Control and would gladly request Guy B. again for future services.
