Once we finally got someone out here, the technician and the people on the phones were great! We had our initial service in October, noticed bugs in November and tried to get scheduled for another service. It took until March before anyone came. With that said it was some of our scheduling but mostly Greenix. When I called to discuss the customer service department did issue refunds for the missed months. We pay around $70/mo with the service supposed to make visits 6x per year. So despite the poor communication and scheduling, I cannot give the technician a poor rating either of the 2 visits and the customer service people have been helpful. The bugs are definitely better!
Guy was great. He communicated that he had an opening in his schedule and move our appointment up a few days early since weather pushed us back. He did a great job and even brought our trash and recycling cans up from the street. Very happy with the customer service and great communication through the process. Thanks you Guy for the great service. I hould highly recommend him.
I had guy with Greenix come by my place to evaluate the outside of my house for potential entry points for mice. I was very impressed with his know how and appreciated his honesty. I will use this company as my go to for any rodent/insect issues moving forward.
Never disappointed with the service we get signing up for home treatment. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and they take their time to let you know what's going on around your house. Best piece of mind i've ever purchased.
My home was serviced today by Greenix Pest Control, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Guy B. was my service technician, and he was extremely professional, polite, and very personable from start to finish. He took the time to walk me through the treatment process, answered my questions thoroughly, and made sure everything was done properly. He did a great job treating my home and was very respectful of my space. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and that level of care really stood out. I highly recommend Greenix Pest Control and would gladly request Guy B. again for future services.
