I had been using this company for about 6 months and my experience with this company was decent up until the last quarterly service I received. I received a visit from animal control two days after my service letting me know they had been called for a welfare check. The officer examined my dog and found nothing wrong after they had been called and told my dog was injured. The technician (Nathan J.) took it upon his self to contact animal control and make a false report that my dog was injured. If this technician was concerned about the well being of my dog why not mention something to me. The technician was here to provide a service but clearly had an ulterior motive.
