Mr. Khan and his trainee arrived punctually and provided excellent service. They listened attentively to my description of the problem, outlined their plan and explained the reasons for that particular plan, carried out the plan, and explained how the guarantee works. Throughout the visit they were respectful (e.g., wearing protective coverings around their shoes to avoid bringing dirt into the house; polite manner; etc.). This is my second time using Pesticon (first time was 4 years ago); because my first experience was so positive, I decided to hire this company again.
