Insight has been nothing short of a wonderful experience so far. The original contact/sales (named "Iffie", Ifenyl I think it was) was super friendly and informative, and we just had our first treatment (only a couple days later) by Shahin who was also friendly and professional, asked about any problems we'd seen (ants in our case), and I'm confident that he'll be able to help us get rid of the problem. Very impressed and happy with the service and all the staff I've met so far.
Update: Shahin was back today for a quarterly follow-up, excellent service, very friendly and polite man. I just wanted to post this to confirm that this excellence is typical of this service, not just the first time. Full points!
