I hired this company for cockroach pest control. After the treatment, I was still seeing the same number of cockroaches the very next day. There was no noticeable improvement at all.
I contacted them again and booked another appointment, but they did not show up. Now they are telling me that the guarantee period is over and they cannot do anything.
This has been very disappointing and unprofessional. I paid for a service expecting proper results and support, but instead I was left with the same problem and no solution.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I've recently had a mouse/mice problem in my garage in Binbrook. They got into my car & did considerable damage.
I called Action & spoke with both Barb & Jim. Barb set up an appointment for the next day...no waiting! Jim arrived promptly & went right to work putting down multiple poison traps. He was very courteous & reassuring.
I don't hesitate to recommend this company. Staff is very friendly & knowledgeable.

Roofers discovered a colony of carpenter ants when working on our garage roof. This was on a Sunday and I was worried that the extermination process would slow up the roof work.
Sima came within hours. She did an inspection, diagnosedvthebproblem and treated the area. She advised us to watch the area for a few days and that before the area was closed up, she would return for a second treatment.
