If I could give 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat. About 9 years ago, we moved into a house that unknowingly had cockroaches. I was absolutely devastated as the house we moved into was perfect in every other way for our family. When I notified the landlord, he jumped in to help us by hiring an extermination company. After 3 years of this company coming every 3 months to do a spray, I came to the realization that it was doing nothing. The time I was spending moving our entire five bedroom, three story house into the middle of the room and packing/unpacking our entire kitchen and bathrooms was exhausting. Spending 6 hours in the middle of winter crammed in our car with our family and pets every 3 months. Over the years, we moved on to three other extermination companies with the exact same result. After almost 6 more years of going through this, I was ready to move out. I couldn't take it anymore. We were basically living in our summer trailer at this point. This is when we found KD Pest Control! These guys came in, were extremely empathetic, patient, and friendly. They educated us on the cycle of these bugs and why they would need to come in twice, a couple weeks apart (not 3 months). On their first extermination visit, they already blew us away with the amount of time they spent in our home. The last four companies, were in and out in 20 minutes (we have indoor cameras). KD pest control was in here for 2 hours. We seen them on our cameras moving deep freezers, large furniture that I could not move myself, Etc. They went absolutely above and beyond and the results proved it. I am deeply thankful for the work that they did here. If you notice, their prices are a little bit higher than the usual business however, they have a **good** reason for it. Within two visits, the issue was *completely* eradicated!! I am writing this almost 8 months later and I have yet to see a single bug. So I am here to scream it from the mountain tops, do not go with the cheaper companies because you will find yourself in my position for years to come. Skip the middleman, and just give KD Pest Control a call. Save yourself the nine years of wasted time and energy. I am beyond thankful for this company. They saved my home in only two short visits ❤️ 10 stars in my opinion!!

We had bats in our house last year probably around August 2025. KD really did a good job. They came and caught the bat that was stuck at the top of the fireplace. Reasonable price as well. They did set up traps to get the bats out. So far we haven’t seen bats. We saw some bat droppings outside. I had asked them to come check it out. They responded after hours and were able to assess the house within a few days. Highly recommended for bats and pests.

Just witnessed a clearly labelled "KD pest control" white truck casually blow through a stop sign in a 40km/h community around 10:45am Jan 21st at East 26th and Crockett. Not sure how much trust I'd put in this company if they don't have the brains or eyesight to drive safely, respectfully, and legally. Pathetic.

Excellent Service and Results! I had a fantastic experience from the moment I called, their team was friendly, professional, and quick to respond. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and took the time to inspect the problem thoroughly before starting any treatment. Within a short time, the pests were completely gone — and I really appreciated the follow-up visit to make sure everything stayed that way. I had raccoon problem month and a half ago. I was completely naive and didn’t know what to do. Raccoon broken through my soffit and ended up in the attic. I talked to my friend and he gave me the contact information of this company. They came to my house exactly when they promised. They installed a one way door at the entry point and reinforced all the potential entry points at a nominal price. Their work was absolutely of top notch. Completely satisfied with their professionalism. After few weeks they removed the one way door and patched that point with wire mesh as well. I am glad I called them for the job. Don't bother calling anyone else, KD pest control is excellent company, technician showed up on holiday on exact time, has a huge heart for the animals, removed racoon's baby from my roof and within few min3utes found the mother in the same area and reunited her with the babies, they are back safe with the mother!! GREAT JOB! Repaired the damage on my roof from the racoon, very affordable,has great attention to detail.Top notch service by technicians. Thanks again, keep up the great work.
