Ash did a phenomenal job getting rid of the mice in my house, he walked me through where they were getting in, what the traps were gonna do, and let me know some additional steps to take to ensure the mice don’t keep coming back. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me out! Great experience!!! Being a female owner of a home you have to be couscous when it comes to companies taking advantage but with Maximim Pest Control I never had to worry. Ash was that man who showed up at my door, right away he puts you at easy because he is friendly, kind, nice to my dog and easy to talk to. Ash also took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what the result will be. He has great customer service, doesn't rush through questions, I was left with a great service and all the information I needed to move forward with treatments while feeling confident.
