They are so nice! Keith was very helpful in scheduling and James was so nice and knowledgeable. I have used them in the past, and they have eradicated any bug problem I have had. I can't address the cost factor, as I have not used any other pest control service. They are very capable And know what they are doing So I just keep calling them. I have not ever used any other pest control service in Las Vegas so I can't gauge their prices against anyone else's.
We have been customers of Prime Pest Control for many years. They provide services bi-monthly and have always been professional, efficient, and personable. They go out of their way to schedule service at a time that is convenient. Today’s service was excellent. The technician phoned to let me know when he was on the way, was very friendly and respectful, and took care of spraying the exterior of our home, including the back yard and patio area. Highly recommend.

First, I called in the hopes of getting help for my sudden ant problem. Prime came out the same day I called!!! Superstars all the way! Craig was super thorough checking all around and inside my house. He went over how the product works and best of all PET SAFE!!! No more ants!! Thank you, thank you Craig you are my superhero. They even provide a discount for Veterans. We now are paying a great price for bimonthly service and if we see anything in between a visit they will come back out at no charge.
I signed up with the old owners and did so because they had personal service and a wide range power spray application that was also sprayed around the yard perimeter. When the new owners came on I was never told of any changes but I did notice that they stopped using the power spray application as well as stopped the yard perimeter spray. Also I started noticing a lot more bugs in my backyard. So I started looking at my security cameras. I was not getting the yard granular coverage I was told was standard and the spray was quick, narrow and sparse. I would have to call for re-service after a month. I called and inquired about the power spray application that I signed up for and was told they only had one truck that still did that and they would put him on my route only if I wanted it, of course I said yes. I mentioned the yard perimeter not being done and was told that was never done. I know for sure it was done because the old owner was the one who did my initial service and he walked me through everything that they would do during my service. He even sprayed in my water meter service access.The next service came up and what do you know. The truck with the power sprayer just happened to break down that same morning but they could come by and use the “power can” (basically a handheld two gallon can). I said sure but I want the power spray application going forward. I have never seen the truck again. I have stayed with them because their prices are reasonable for a bi monthly service and honestly I just kind of forget about looking for something else. I do still look at my cameras after service and sometimes the worker they send does a decent job around the base of the house (minus not doing back wall/perimeter) and then next I get a half hearted application which is already a narrow coverage with that handheld sprayer. I have noticed increases of bugs on and around the house of late. Also I have noticed that some of the drivers will text when they are on the way and some just knock when they get there. The company sends out a text about five days before service, but a quick text when they are on the way is a nice reminder to be home also so I can unlock the side gate. Sadly they all don’t all text, and I haven’t received a service card in almost a year. I don’t get around to calling them because I work nights and by the time I get home I’m asleep while the office is open. My days off are not spent thinking about it until the next five days text messages roll in.
