I hired this company 5 weeks ago. I saw squirrels climbing through one of my gutters, upon inspection they weren’t inside my home yet. I dealt with Jack and every week there was an excuse as to why the job couldn’t be completed or even started. Today I now have squirrels inside my home because of this company’s inability to actually start the job I hired them for. I would not waste your time with this company. I’m sure their response with have a quip about weather but there have been many nice sunny days that the work could have been completed. If I had hired a better company, maybe I wouldn’t have the squirrels and all the damage they have done now? Don’t make my mistake with this place.
We had a bat get in our house on Christmas Day 2025. We were able to get it to the sunroom and out the window after an hour of searching. Jacob and Jack came out a few days later and did a complete interior and exterior inspection for 45 minutes and found no entry points or signs of bats. NO CHARGE FREE INSPECTION! Big relief! Clean and Polite gave us peace of mind. Found out they do copperheads also! We will have them back this spring! HIGHLY Recommend these guys very professional!
Carolina Wildlife & Pest did an excellent job. They replaced three double flap vent hoods to prevent birds from entering our home, removed years of nesting material, and thoroughly sanitized the affected areas. They also cleaned the dryer vent and replaced the exterior vent cover.The team was very polite, professional, and on time. Pricing was very reasonable, and I paid exactly the amount I was quoted. No surprises. I highly recommend them for anyone needing wildlife or pest prevention work done right.
