The service was great here. They were on time and efficient. The problem has been getting the service canceled when i moved! I have called numerous times and emailed trying to get the service canceled, yet I still keep getting notices that service is scheduled. Then they told me the guy picked up the "bait stations" when he went out. I've never had bait stations! I only had service for ants and wasps. Now she told me they will go out and pick up the bait stations, I again told her I've never had bait stations!!! The girl in the office hung up on me.
After being a customer for over 2 years, I was treated in a most insulting and disrespectful manner. The problem isn't with the technicians who do the service calls, it's in the office. I was charged for a service call, when they didn't come out, and was treated so rudely when I called about it, trying to reschedule. You don't treat customers so horribly, and insult them! **Update, their reply is both laughable and indictive of how truly unprofessional they are. They wouldn't return my call, I was personally insulted, continually interrupted and treated so rudely, and they have the audacity to try and place blame on me! What they should have done, is be professional, apologize, and try to keep my business, but they're incapable of that. That reply is proof. Needless to say, this is clearly a business you want to avoid at all costs!
This company is exceptionally horrible. I have tried to resolve my issues with them to no avail. I just had my quarterly service and the technician forgot to bait my crawl space. I now have the rats back. My appointment is frequently rescheduled from one month to another. I never know when they are coming out because they don't give you a date or time. If you need service between quarterly service, they won't come out unless the technician is in the area. Yet, I was told when I signed up for the service that someone will be out within 48 hours. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Half the time they don't even answer the phone. I've left messages on their answering machine and no callback. I've been told it's because nobody ever checks messages. Find another service. They might be a little bit more expensive. However, the frustration you'll experience with this company is much worth the piece of mind.
We have been using this company for 15 years, and love doing business with them. Their staff is reliable, professional, and courteous. I initially tried to manage pest issues on my own, and have discovered that their services are effective and well worth the money. Any time I have an issue, they are wonderful about making a visit to deal with the pest problem. Top quality, fabulous company.
