We started service with Prime Pest Solutions last spring due to an on going ant problem we just couldn't get rid of. Sam discussed and explained in detail with us why what we were trying wasn't working.We haven't had a reinfestation since we started with Prime. As a bonus, we also have not had any spiders in our home. We always questioned if a pest company was worth the money and can now say I don't think we will ever be with out one

The technician quickly identified the problem to be rodents and was able to resolve it on the first visit. The smell disappeared immediately. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service also included four follow-up visits. The technician was courteous, friendly, and punctual. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Prime Pest Solutions to my friends and family.
The team at Prime Pest is simply the best! We had some rats in our crawlspace. One of the bigger other companies quoted us $10k! Prime was upfront and honest about what was truly needed and saved us thousands! Not only that we had a smell from a dead one and they came out at 4pm the night before thanksgiving and stayed until 6 searching our crawlspace for the source! All of the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable from their technicians to the office staff! The owner himself does a lot of re-service work and is incredibly friendly. Every experience with them has been a 10/10!
