Hilton Head Exterminators

We had obtained services for termite warranty with Hilton Head Exterminators. We are very pleased with their service and pricing. They come every other month to inspect the traps. They do a very thorough one year evaluation.
Other companies will come once a year to inspect the traps and they are not as thorough. We are very pleased with the services that they provide.

Jorge checks with us when he arrives to see if everything is going well and if we have any questions or special needs that he needs to address. He is always very personable and professional. He is one of the main reasons that we continue to rely on Hilton Head Exterminators for our home pest control.

Hayden is wonderful. He is professional, yet very courteous. He always ask if there are any issues, inside or out. Which assists me to remember whether I've seen anything crawling around lately. We sincerely appreciate Hayden and the wonderful job he does. Kindest regards!

Recently my husband and I walked into our family room to see tiny black 'bugs' gathered along the windowsill of a large triple window. It was Friday afternoon and I was terrified that they were termites! I grabbed the phone and called Hilton Head Exterminators where I reached Ashley. She could have very easily dismissed my concern until the following week, which most people would have done . Instead, she called me back quickly and arranged for two of their top technicians to come to our home that day. They identified the 'termite imposters' as flying ants and confirmed they were not termites. No treatment was necessary and they never returned. Peace of mind that afternoon was priceless along with the assurance of knowing that we do business with a local company where customers are a priority and their needs are addressed with a sense of urgency.

Hilton Head Exterminators has earned our trust and taken care of our Hilton Head home and cabin in the country for years, providing preventive termite treatments, as well as monthly spraying for bugs. They are always polite and responsive and show up when they promise. In today's world where I often listen to recorded options, have to wait sometimes days for return calls, only to be told I must wait MORE days for important services, they are the gold standard. We are so thankful for Hilton Head Exterminators and highly recommend them!
