Our technician was Sergio. He did a really good job of thoroughly spraying the inside and the outside of our property to make sure that every area where pests could be found were covered. He also explained what he found in the black bait boxes and what he was going to do to prevent more pests from entering the property. The tenants living upstairs were not available to have their house sprayed so Sergio said that he would return to spray their place at their convenience.Mahalo, Sergio, for doing a well done job!
