Berrett Pest Control

Berrett Pest Control did a great job doing pest control on the exterior of our home, took care of any wasps nets they saw and did it very professionally. Sharrah Z was really helpful in setting up these treatment plans and spoke very kind and professional. Really happy with her customer service as well

Ramey does an absolute outstanding job every time. He shows up on schedule, gets straight to work, and handles everything efficiently and thoroughly. He is extremely professional, well put together, and communicates clearly throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find service like this these days. Highly recommend!

Scheduling was so easy! Trying to find the right person to come out, can be so stressful. Communication was easy, and understandable. I was qouted with a different company for $300-$500. Barrett provided a reasonable estimate for first service and monthly services. Sebert is the technician that came to our home today, explained everything clearly. Told us how the process goes. He was so nice and relatable, really happy with this service and happy to continue with them! There is a reason they have the rating they do. Trust them!

I spoke to Letha this morning. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She scheduled a visit to address our concerns. It was a pleasure speaking with her! After this morning’s call, a technician (Daniel) was dispatched to perform an inspection to determine the work needed. Daniel was professional and courteous, as well as knowledgeable. He explained the proposal and provided pictures of affected areas. They both were exceptional to work with ????

Michael is our favorite technician for our quarterly service due to his congeniality. Today, however, he sprayed product all over our windows. This has never happened before and I’m not sure what prompted controlling insects in glass. To make it worse, i just had them cleaned and now i have to have them cleaned again ($) before family comes in for the holidays.
