The staff that do the onsite services are very friendly but the underlining business operation is dishonest. When I explained my situation initially, I was told their services would surely eliminate the rat(s). After a few visits from the service techs, they were far more candid and explained that in my situation (tree rat), there was no way the Dr. Pest system was going to work. It's unfortunate that I needed to spend $1000+ before getting an honest assessment.
