Joseph Downs is great! Took care of our fire ant protection before the weather heats up which helps protect one of my children who has a severe allergy. The best is knowing if any fire ants do show up, they will come back out and retreat the yard! We love Safe Spray! Joseph is quick but thorough. Thank you!

Absolutely love our experience with SafeSpray! We have gone from having what felt like a million bugs to virtually having none (inside and out). The most impressive thing is how well the mosquito treatments work. Makes a big difference when you have kids and dogs thst just want to enjoy the yard. And let's just take a minute to appreciate both the customer service and price point. Those alone are enough to give them a try. Josh is our usual technician and he has been awesome to work with. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and so friendly! Even my toddler gets excited to see "Mr. Josh". I highly recommend using SafeSpray for all your pest control needs, you won't be sorry!

General pest and mosquito services do not require contracts. Termite control is a separate service that does require a contract and is not included in Pest Defender.

Is same-day service available?

Same-day pest control is available for calls before noon when scheduling allows.

What happens if pests return between treatments?

The general pest program includes free re-treatment if pests appear between services. A money-back guarantee applies if the company cannot resolve the issue.

Does someone need to be home?

Someone is asked to be present for the initial Pest Defender service; regular exterior visits afterward do not require it. The company texts a day ahead to check whether any indoor problems need attention.
