Jordan did excellent! Opened the door with intentions of being short and saying "good to do the work" and closing the door as I was busy. Instead he explained things to me. What he was doing. Asked questions to get me engaged and more follow up questions too so I could get the best service! I never leave reviews so goes a ways to say he did great!
Quinton has come to our house twice. We really appreciate his service, he is always very kind and respectful and always explains everything he’s doing thoroughly and answers any questions we have, no matter how simple. Last time he came to our house to help with a mice problem and he noticed we have pets and kids, so he proceded to explain precautions and safety of the product he was using, which we thought was helpful and thoughtful.

Jordan was very personable & professional, and he kept us in the loop about what his team was doing over the two days of remediation service. Jordan shared with us anything new they discovered, as they were working through our two attics and crawlspace. The team did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day. Extreme Negligence and Total Lack of AccountabilityI hired EcoShield Insulation Services for a job on 12/10/25, and it was a disaster. Their team sprayed insulation directly into my master bedroom closet, covering my clothing and personal belongings.This negligence forced me to launder over 25 loads of laundry, costing me days of labor and significant utility and detergent expenses. When I reached out for a resolution, the "compensation" offered was insulting: first a $100 coupon, then a $200 coupon for future services—essentially just a 10% discount to give them more of my money.Corporate promised a follow-up from the District Manager weeks ago, but I have heard nothing. I will be canceling all contracts as soon as they expire. Do not trust this company with your home.
