Great company. Jeff was so accommodating in such short notice. I called for the first time, got an unbelievable low quote and a technician was out within a couple hours. Malang Pest Control was the cheapest quote I received out of 8 other companies I called. And the only company that answered my call and got back to me right away. The service technician was super nice and very knowledgeable. He took time to go through my house inside and out thoroughly with the ant bait everywhere there were ants. Even though it has been raining, the ants are disappearing. I am very pleased and will continue with their services.

I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with Malang Pest Control was extremely disappointing and needs to be shared. I hired them specifically to treat for spiders, yet the service was ineffective. After their visit, we continued to find spiders inside our home, and multiple members of my family were bitten. I even took photos of the bites to show proof.

When I called to discuss the issue and request a resolution, instead of listening, the representative became unprofessional and argumentative. After calmly explaining the situation, I was told I was being “rude” and “gross” simply because I mentioned the spider bites. The representative then hung up on me and threatened to send me to collections — despite the fact that the issue was never resolved and the service did not work as promised.

A business should stand behind its work, maintain professionalism, and treat customers with respect — especially when dealing with health and safety concerns. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Malang Pest Control. The service failed and resulted in continued biting. I am disputing the charge and will contest any collection attempt. I am prepared to file complaints with consumer protection and small claims court.”

I called 5 pest control companies in our area and they were the most courteous, had the best price and were able to add our house to the schedule that very day. The service provider did a great job going over everything he did and what to expect. They are a small company, not a big chain, which I prefer. I highly recommend them.
