I cannot say enough good things about Erik. He has been my pest control professional for nearly 20 years, and his consistency, reliability, and attention to detail are truly unmatched. Erik is always on top of things and demonstrates exceptional situational awareness at every visit.

What truly sets him apart is that he looks out for my property beyond his scope of work. On more than one occasion, he has proactively communicated issues that were not his responsibility, most notably alerting me to a leak in pool equipment, which allowed me to address it before it became a much larger problem.

Erik communicates clearly, takes pride in his work, and genuinely cares about his clients and their homes. We have used this company for 20+ years and remain insect free in our warm, bug friendly climate! The administrative office is always efficient, quick to respond and always has accurate billing; think INTEGRITY. Moreover, our tech Scott might as well be family, after all these years. He is always thorough, careful with our pet and provides notice of arrival and advice to ensure our golden retriever is never in danger from chemicals. Additionally, the company and Scott quickly respond to emergency situations (ant colony appears or wasp hive…) and forever and always they remain affordable!
