I had a very frustrating experience with Prize Pest Control. I submitted an inquiry for information, and instead of professional follow-up, I was repeatedly called and texted nonstop. I understand follow-ups are part of business, but the frequency was excessive and felt pushy.What made it worse was the attitude I received when I didn’t answer right away. The line of work I’m in requires me to be on calls constantly, so I’m not always able to respond immediately. Instead of being understanding, the response I got was rude and unprofessional.Customer service should be respectful and patient, not aggressive or annoyed when someone can’t answer instantly. This experience alone made me decide not to use their services. I would not recommend them based on their lack of professionalism and poor customer service.
The Pest Control worker that treated my house was VERY professional, thorough and courteous. He even wiped the window because we asked to spray extra in an area and it got on the window. I would absolutely recommend this company and I hope our 3 month follow up is with him. Bonus they called 30 minutes before arrival and got right to work. They even dusted all the spider webs from the front and back porch area.

Edit (1/2026): Responding to the request to delete my one star in order to get free mosquito treatment. I don't want to delete but I'll adjust and share something nice. The last visit was nice. The tech listened throughout the rooms until he found a few baby rodents all on the glue trap (so they do work!).I don't like the monthly payment and now that I see on other reviews that I can cancel, I'll do that. I'd rather just pay for the services as needed.11/2025: Good initially (began 8/2025). Texting day and night to get me to sign a contract but it’s a struggle to get them to return a text for follow up service.What you should know:- There is no online system to schedule appointments. Just wait until they decide to respond to text/call.- Whatever they do last only any 2 months so don’t wait until 3 months.- They LOOOVE these sticky traps but they don’t work.I have to write a bad review to get their attention. They will offer a free service so I’ll delete this review. I’m probably not going to play that game this time.
We recently had a water leak under the house and had to replace all the flooring as well as some spots in the subfloor with large holes. House built in 1951. Little roaches began appearing and got completely out of hand quickly. Prize Pest Control came out, treated the house inside and out and so far we are happy with their work. The technician that came out was courteous, professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. The cost was very reasonable and affordable.
