Veljko visited our house to tell us about Quell's services, was very friendly, professional, and explained all their services very clearly. I got hooked on the fact that their services are eco-friendly, and had them come by later to address a carpenter ant problem in our house. Kiare did a full service around our entire property, inside, in the attic where the ants were, and even wiped down all the easements of spiderwebs. He answered all of my questions (and I had a lot), super kindly. Now I'm not tearing my hair out about the bugs anymore. Great people. Good service

This is for the location nearest Katy TX. A salesman came onto my property w/o invitation while I was cleaning my car in the driveway. He knew my name, asked if I had settled in from our move, then told me they would be at my house for a "scheduled" service on Monday. I told him we did not schedule service, he said the company did all the pest control for Cinco Ranch and that the previous owner (who he knew by name) surely told us about it when we met him. I told him all the names he was giving me were public record and that I did not believe anything he was saying. He went on to tell me that this "service" must have been scheduled by my husband and paid for w/o telling me. He asked for my husband by name and if he was at home. I repeatedly told him I was not interested and asked/then told him to leave. He refused to leave and continued to approach me, touching my car door. I told him to remove his hand and leave. I grabbed my belongings and walked away as he continued to tell me that he knew the previous owner and didnt understand why I wouldn't confirm this prepaid service. Again he would not tell me who paid for the service. I contacted the corporate number, got an apology and the general service email to send our security video clips to. I told the phone operator, and repeated in my emails that we would contact the police if they were near our property again.
