Questioned how services would be provided in Michigan with snow and ice. Customer service call center representatives are in the Philippines and have no clue as to US weather. Two representatives were spoke to. One told me one thing, the other contradicted the first regarding spray treatments in winter and spray toxicity. Asked to speak to a local representative, and was sent to another representative in Utah, even though I called the Jackson, MI number. And, I am told I will still be billed for any services that are not provided.
Service is always prompt and thorough, I’ve never seen any of the pests withstand their treatment, and they showed a great deal of patience when I had a miscommunication with my housemate about bringing my dog inside. Definitely would recommend!

Dominic showed up within the allocated time. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, I know more about wasp then I’ll every use in my life time. He performed removing my severe wasp issue very effectively and efficient. The problem is no longer an issue a day later. Great service !
