Unfortunately I am giving them a one star. I would give them zero if I could. We have been loyal customers for the past 2 years And they have switched over to a different company. And before they did that the service was great. But unfortunately as of today December 1st 2025 had them come out to do the inside of the house as I have seen some bugs And to go ahead and do the front and backyard. Unfortunately the guy that came out today was in a big hurry it didn't really do anything he came in. He sprayed a little bit. Did not put any bait down. He threw some grainian in my backyard. Did not get my whole backyard And didn't get my whole front yard. Did not spray a border around my house or do the dust off like they've always done every time they've came out.. We will be canceling our service and finding someone new. If you want to keep good business, you need to do good work this is very sad because y'all are taking people's money and not doing a proper job. We pay out the butt every month for y'all to come once every 3 months unless we call you. Y'all need to do better because the company before this did a wonderful job and I had no complaints with them and was not going to cancel until now. Have a wonderful day!....

Paul who came out did a great service. But the Company is not one I would recommend. They didn’t make clear my Service Contract. Didn’t send my Contact. I had to call couple of times to finally get it. Previous Technician didn’t do backyard and for the amount of service they do is not worth the money. Even though you pay Monthly you’re locked into a year contract. So when I wanted to cancel they were going to charge me a fee. Lastly the so called promotion on the first service cost a lot. I’m sure there more legit Companies.

Andrew is wonderful and he's so nice and they were completely transparent about the cancelation fee and i appreciate that. Dean is absolutely amazing. He came in and to spray my house and he was very pleasant, efficient, and Dean cleared all the wasps nest I had outside and I'm thankful because I'm allergic to them. , respectful and it was a quick process. I absolutely would recommend this company to anyone else.oh

I just wanna share my Experience with this company. I will say I was definitely gaslighted into signing up for this company. I mean, that’s what sales people do though they try to get you to sign up with them. I had wasp really bad and my kids wanna go outside and play and I didn’t want them to get stung. Did I have the extra money to dish out every month not really but for protection of my children I went ahead and signed up. They were doing a promotion in my neighborhood apparently so all the fees got waived and I only had to pay like 80 bucks a month. So I thought why not I’ll do what I can to cover the extra expense every month. Anyways, moving forward, they came out three times. Out of those three times they came out I continue to have wasp really badly. I know that it does take time for the chemicals to react. However, this was months later, and I was still having problems. So I wanted to cancel. I didn’t see the point in dishing out the money if I was still having a problem. Now this Is my fault for not completely understanding everything and not reading it fully myself. So I take full responsibility for this part when you cancel, you will get charged A cancellation fee, plus the amount that they waved from being in my neighborhood. The promotion they were doing in my neighborhood they were gonna add that on to the cancellation plus the month that I was trying to cancel for, even though I tried to cancel ahead of time that month and didn’t use them. So all in all to get out of this agreement is costing me $500 to cancel my subscription of pest control. So I’m not happy with this company. I feel that they should at least try to work with you. Especially if I wasn’t happy with the service after a few months. instead, now I’m in debt with them for $500 and if I don’t pay it, it goes on my credit which I’ve been working hard to get my credit back right. So I am just doing this review to let you guys know. Be careful. make sure you completely understand what these people are trying to sell you. Again, I will say it was my fault for being gullible and not reading the fine print. However, I’m trying to stop the next person for making the same mistake.

Dean was quick and efficient. He arrived on time, was not invasive, and was very respectful, professional, and informative. He gave me a sense of comfort and confidence that our situation isn’t as bad as we thought, and should be rectified sooner than expected. I honestly don’t mind how long it takes. As long as I’m seeing progress I’m satisfied. I greatly appreciate the service!
