Casey was excellent. He listened to all my concerns, explained everything clearly, and used targeted treatments instead of overspraying. He placed bait in outlets and cabinets, treated the indoor areas where we’d seen activity, and also sprayed the full outdoor perimeter. This morning I didn’t see any ants or roaches, which makes me feel very optimistic. Great price which includes follow up visits in the next 30 days. Jordan demonstrated extensive knowledge in the treatment we purchased for our home and went the extra mile on answering all of our questions and providing recommendations specific to mitigating pests in our older home. DO NOT HIRE TULY NOLEN. + replying to their comments I hired this company to treat my home for termites, and they left it in absolute shambles. Their amateur crew treated my home like a construction zone, haphazardly tossing equipment and materials around without any care or respect for my space. They broke multiple items. When they were finished, I discovered paint stripped and damaged all over the house—from stairs, to walls to trim, leaving behind a mess so bad I had to hire a professional painter just to repair what they ruined and pay a deep cleaning service to clean the mess they left. They also broke framed artwork, and my computer monitor, among the mess and holes left in my baseboards that they assured us would be professionally filled and caulked (unsurprisingly, they were not). The image of the hole and drippy caulk on the baseboards is along the base of my ENTIRE house, every 18 inches. A professional never even entered my home. This company horrible. There was no accountability. No apology, no offer to make things right, just negligence and silence even after several attempts to contact their office. They lack professionalism and basic respect for customers. They are currently dodging my calls and refusing to reimburse for all of the damage. Find a company that values your home and services they provide. This one clearly doesn’t. Update: + in response to the company’s comment below: why would I want YOU to make the repairs when you sent a trainee to my home to damage it? You should cover the cost of the repairs by a professional that we trust. Regarding the phone calls, I spoke with a very nice woman in your office on Oct. 3 at 9:59 am and she assured me that the owner would return my call. And that never happened. My husband is being far too nice to you guys while you are being shady as hell. Do the right thing and reimburse us for half the cost of the treatment and pay for the repairs that we are footing the bill for. I will not have some shoddy trainee painter of your choosing in my home.

I had a great experience with this pest control company! They handled termites, attic rats, and attic roaches inspection for us — very thorough and professional every step of the way. Their pricing was much more reasonable compared to two other companies I got quotes from, and they even gave me a great discount for combining multiple services. Everyone I dealt with was polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for honest, reliable, and fairly priced pest control!
