?????????? I cannot thank Wilma and the team enough. I had an urgent mouse situation in my apartment, including one that had made its way into my bathroom, and I was honestly overwhelmed. Wilma was incredibly responsive and got Jerry out to me in less than an hour despite being in a backlog. That alone meant so much. Jerry was calm, professional, and thorough. He carefully inspected everything and successfully caught three mice, including one that was still alive. He took the time to explain where they were likely entering from and what needed to be addressed structurally. As someone living alone, this was a stressful situation, and their quick response truly made me feel supported and safe in my own home again. I’m very grateful for their professionalism and kindness.
