Steven is the best!!We had spent a ton of money on other exterminators but the problem still persisted even after 6 months of treatment. Once we hired Tap Out, they were able to eliminate the problem after just 1 round of treatment even though we did get 2 more rounds done just as a precaution.Very thorough and excellent. Highly recommend!
We have been using TapOut for our apartment building for a while, and have always had excellent service. They come in once a month and treat each apartment for preventative pest control. We had Oliver come in today for our monthly treatment. He was thorough, to the point, and took care to check behind the stove which I don’t generally request. Good thing we did, he uncovered an opening between the wall and floor which could have allowed pests to enter. He sealed the opening with copper mesh and we’re all good!
Al was great! Super professional and responsive. I sent him an email and he responded right away and came the very next day to see the issue and write as an estimate. This was done for a property that I am purchasing, but I’m in real estate so I look forward to being able to refer him to clients as well in the future. Strongly recommend recommended!
