The entire process with Hagen has been great. They have been super proactive in communication with us, they showed up on time and were very professional. Our previous pest control was a one man operation, it was a nice change having Hagen come out. When Ian came to the house he explained everything that he was going to do, did a quick walk through and got to work. He explained all the products he was using and what we could expect.
