I had the pleasure of Dealing with Aaron today! He was absolutely amazing! He was very polite, explained everything, and took the time to even play with Spyro, (our doggo).

Thank you so very much for sending a terrific technician to service the bee’s nest! He is truly a professional and very competent! We appreciate your service and we are happy that he could complete both the bee issue and our routine service today! Have a great weekend!

Our usual guy is off for a bit so we've had the pleasure of meeting two addition outstanding technicians; Justice and Zhanze Jones. Zhanze is professional and helpful and listens carefully to any and all concerns and then goes above and beyond with his technical skill. Very knowledgeable and dedicated.

I believe his name is Bobbie? His service was excellent. He listened to and answered all my questions and needs. He explained that your company had abatement, or possible remedies for moving bats. Your company, if the price is competitive and work can be accomplished, may profit from this endeavor thanks to this kind and efficient service man.

I’ve had Griffin for the past 6 years atleast. Everything has been good and anytime I had a call. They would follow up and take care of what I needed. About five months ago, things started to turn bad. I’ve had to call them multiple times for return trips because things weren’t getting done that said we’re getting done. I have a huge rodent and Bee problem. I have thousands of bees flying into a wall into my house. When I called them to check all the mice traps and the spray they sent the guy out just to check the traps and he said he had no So he could not take care of that. I’ve called numerous times over the past month talk to someone asked for Manager’s And they just say that someone will contact me. Every time I talk to someone, they said that they just started and don’t know how to handle the situation. I’m extremely frustrated because I’ve paid a lot of money for services and nothing was getting done properly. Now they just discontinued my service and I’m left with a Bee problem. I went and looked in all the mouse traps and they were all half empty or empty. There were several traps that have not been been even filled for years. They’re just scamming people taking their Money and not performing any services. I would not recommend them whatsoever. If you take a look at this trap, this was taken right after they did my last service call. *****It would be nice if you called me, I called multiple times for a manager. No such luck on getting one on the phone or having one call me back.
