We had an inspection scheduled for 2/3/26, and no one showed up. I took off work so I would be available. I called and spoke with customer service and the lady stated she would reach out to the tech for ETA, and that he will be reaching out to us with an ETA. This was a Complete waste of time! I have been using this company for years, even when it was Stampede pest control. You have turned a loyal customer to a now detractor. I took my business elsewhere for the issue we were having, and we are now thinking about canceling our quarterly services with you all because I refuse to spend money where I'm not treated right!
Happy with Darnell and his team (technicians). Very good service and knowledgeable. These guys work hard and I wish them the best.However, I will share that the management of this company doesn't understand how to communicate effectively, how to hold their team accountable to excellence, and how lifetime value of a customer works.I was randomly charged over $100 for a retreat and the customer service manger, Alexis, informed me that what was communicated to me was incorrect since the retreat was too close to my next service date (fyi, no policy has ever been shared or published). Had I known they were going to bill me in advance for my next treatment, I would have simply cut ties and found a better company. TO be clear, they stated in writing this was a free retreat.I really tried to resolve this. I'm frankly shocked at how this company turned a nearly 10-year loyal into a detractor over their team's numerous mistakes. All I simply asked for was a refund for the $100 charge they made on my card for a retreat that I was told was free -- but I was told sorry, there's nothing we can do despite the admin team stating otherwise.
Do not use this company! They were supposed to come out and do pest control for me today and did not show up. I tried to call their office a minimum of six times today and never got a return call. I even drove to the address listed as their business address in Katy and it was a private residence! I believe this whole operation is a scam!
Do not hire these people for anything related to termites/sentricon. They showed up without the proper tools to locate the stations, and proceeded to break a station. They did not perform a satisfactory inspection/replacement of bait, and are incompetent.
Their staff was extremely friendly and professional. Courteous, on time. They treated the entire house in a very timely manner.My issue is that the treatment near as much made no difference and I still have the same significant if not worsened problems that I did prior to treatment. I did not expect the bugs to disappear over night, however the treatment appeared to make no difference. May be I need a couple of more treatments toSee any change.Edited:Owner has reached out since this review was left, and offered a retreat at no cost. I will update this review in the future with results, however for now I am Considering this good business practice on their part, and sincere effort. 5 stars.
