I always get my pest treatment chemicals here. Alfred is my usual guy though 6th August 2025 when I visited to get more supplies, I met a young nice black guy (got same quality friendly service). I have no regrets dealing with these guys (which is why I always come back). The chemicals are very cheap, effective, ok imv. I highly recommend them and if you have any questions, just ask them. If I could give this company less stars I would. I am a 3rd time customer and this company sent me a product with a faulty cap from the manufacturing facility. The aluminum foil/paper seal underneath the plastic cap was not intact and 1/4 of the way peeled back, and the plastic cap was not screwed down. So, obviously half of the contents leaked out during shipping. When I called to get this resolved a very rude woman told me since I didn’t buy the shipping insurance which is supposed to be for carrier damage, they would not be reimbursing me or replacing the missing contents. She also stated that there was no management staff you could speak to on the phone which is again dishonest business because obviously there is they just don’t want to deal with customers. The box it was shipped in was in pristine condition and where the leak was coming from was only a result of solutions pest control not checking the cap before shipping the item. That is a racket and a scam making your customers pay almost $50 for shipping insurance in the first place. If it were the carriers fault that would be a different story, but it was their company’s negligence that caused my loss. This is typically greedy business practice where they prioritize their company’s profit over client satisfaction, and what is morally ethical. If I make a mistake the blame and resolution lies with me. There is such thing as the cost of doing business, but they just view that as a way to make their clients absorb the risk. They sighted that the shipping insurance is to cover damages caused by the shippers. If it were the shippers fault I’d have my own way to get reimbursed by them without paying the sales company $50. So in the cases where nothing is damaged they just get an extra fifty on top of the bloated price they sold you the item at. This is a shady and dishonest company DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. There are plenty more ethical business who deserve your money more.
Ordered a $150 insecticide and it was delivered leaking, with no any label indicating handling with care, the box doesn't have any damage so the product was sent damage from their facilities, ( I am not the first one facing this problem) customer service answer was that, once I paid, it was under my possession. And that if I need help ordering more, they can help me (of couse, if I pay for it again). I had to dispose of the container because I dont feel safe using something that arrives open. If you make an order consider that probably you'll waste your money like I did.

Great service, pricing, communication, shipping and product.I have used this brand trap for 10+ years on a recommendation from a professional pest control person.I was managing a 24 apartment complex and he turned me onto Catchmaster products.Latest catch in 2 traps = 6 cockroaches, even though we have an exterminator service these pest still get in.Then Catchmaster nails them! Sticky stuff...Last house we owned the traps even got a few mice in them.I buy them by the dozen. Easy to use and toss when you have dead pests inside.We do not have any dogs or cats inside, so if you do? you would need to have them where your pets could not get at them, they smell like peanut butter...Thanks Solutions Pest & Lawn!
