Orkan (Aaron) is 1000/10!) We had a rat and well let me tell yah, that little bugger was doing renovations downstairs. Tried to leave a blueprint down there for him, incase he wanted to help us out with our aspirations for the area, can confirm the rat did not follow directions! Aaron came and he was amazing ! Honestly, the confidence he came in with that he would with no doubt catch that rat was top tier ! Anyways, rogue renovations have been put to a halt, the rat has been caught and I am a very happy girly !

We’ve enjoyed the excellent service we have received from Orkin for the past 5+ years. Previously we had issues with both insects & rodents. Since Orkin began visiting our property three times a year our issues have been resolved. Very happy with the service & the results.

I'd world rate my experience as a 7 star. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Answered all my questions with confidence. When I called they were fully booked for the week. However they called back within 2 hours and were able to fit me into their busy schedule. Would highly recommend. Thanks Orkin!

Professional, very knowledgeable, and individualized service. We have appreciated the flexibility of bookings ability to connect at any time with questions. Our provider in Cranbrook went the extra mile and even stopped by on a day off to ensure we didn't have to wait for our followup review.
Thank you!
