I have service with another provider but was referred to Healthy Home by my mortgage company for completion of a termite inspection in coordination with a home refinance. Patrick (my technician) arrived on time and called prior. He was super thorough and surprisingly DID find termite activity and tubing at my property, despite the continuous coverage and treatment by my other provider. Patrick told me what I needed to do with regard to my current provider, immediately provided the report, took photos for me and explained everything, and also provided a quote in the event I wanted to have Healthy Home treat the issue. I have never seen such professional customer service! If you have the opportunity to work with this business, or are looking for honest service, look no further, this is it!!!Thanks so much!
