Really happy with our decision to a contract with Advantage Pest Control. Very nice when calling to schedule initial services. But honestly really poor customer service after treatment was done. I had someone come out to spray the exterior & voiced my concerns about having a mass of ant piles throughout our backyard. I was told that the professionals would thoroughly walk through the yard and spray visible piles & remove spider webs spray for spider etc. I was also told that it could take up to 3 days for ants to be gone. I didn’t have my kids outside for the 3 days, to avoid getting bitten. The first day they went out there were 2 very visible ant piles in the yard & my son came in with bites all up his arms from falling into one.. When I called the company to KINDLY & respectfully let them know that I think they missed a few spots & wondered what we could do moving forward they were suuuper rude about it. While I was able to schedule another appointment to have the yard looked at, the receptionist had a very rude & dismissive attitude. The only reason I’m not giving this less stars is because the man who came out to do the actual spraying was very nice.But I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company.
I set up an appointment for them to come to the house to take care of some large wasp nests way up high that I was not sure I'd be able to eradicate myself! They communicated very well and even took time to address some ant mounds that I didn't see or call on. They were great!
