Robert Walton was our exterminator today. He was so professional and friendly! The quality of service he provided was excellent! If you can recommend him please do. You will not be disappointed.When we first signed up, the salesman was not clear this was a contract. I called Customer Service and they worked with me on a plan and a price that works for us. They were so helpful and nice! Only recommendation is to have the sales person be more upfront on what the customer is committing to.All in all I would recommend White Knight. They came through with their Customer Service and dedicated exterminators! Thank you ??
Luis came mid morning and was very sweet, knowledgeable, and kind! We talked about our issue and assured us it wouldn’t be too big of a task! Immediately set my mind at ease as I’m a new mom and expecting. Not only was he swift and efficient, he was courteous and took care of the main issues first before getting to things we didn’t even think of. 10/10 best customer service
I am a property owner/manager of several 4 four plexes and have been looking for a pest control company to service them. I called several to get a quote and found them to be less than accommodating, wanting me to do a site map, send emails, and basically do the leg work in order to get a quote. I called White Knight and found them EXTREMELY professional, quick service, and above and beyond helpful with pricing and getting a bid together promptly.The Tech that was sent was Jeffery! He was absolutely the most respectful, helpful, and accommodating to the time it takes to go through 44 units. He was detailed, had follow through, and made sure every aspect of pest control was gone through. He swept the eaves for any and all pests, sprayed a large perimeter of the outside and detailed spraying interior. I was and am extremely impressed with him and the company as a whole.
