My house was infested with ants (walls, outlets, everywhere, for years!) and was at my wits end, but Alex, the owner treated the whole house on the first visit, inside and out. He assured me the ants would be gone in a month, but said I'd see a huge influx in the house for a few days as they try to get away from the poison, and I sure am!! And they are all dead! That means it's working!! Alex was professional and did not pressure me at all to sign up for periodic visits, totally my option! And as quoted on his website, the charge was only $156.96 for the whole house!! Very highly recommended!! Thanks, Alex! (Phil B)

Excellent experience, in both customer service and quality of work. Not only were they able to fit me in within 24 hours of my request, but the price was competitive and fair! A couple days after the service, Mr. Xander called to ensure that I was satisfied with his work and indicated that he'd be willing to come back free of charge if I had any issues in the near future. I happily explained that my home, which had a small ant and scorpion infestation before his service, was perfectly pest free. I highly recommend Xander's Pest Control!

From the initial set up to recurring quarter service calls the tech we have serviced our property is very knowledgeable and friendly. He’s always on time or 5 minutes early.
