I did not receive the "comprehensive assessment" that was promised by phone and as described in their advertisement. In fact I was told by their professional to hire a handyman to check my home for cracks to determine points of entry! They claim to provide preventive measures and stated that this assessment would include a priced and itemized list of actions to take. They did not deliver what they promised and refuse to respond to my numerous calls, emails and texts requesting resolution. I do not recommend this company.
