Called to restart my service after many years of amazing service. Was extremely disappointed with the rep that answered my call. I only asked one question.... "Do you speak Spanish?". Her response "I prefer English". I find this extremely disturbing as she clearly was Spanish. She could of said many other things but chose this. I just said no thank you and hung up. I find it odd that I was able to set up and continue many years of service with Spanish reps and even Spanish technicians who were amazing and provided 5 star service all the time. Due to the pandemic we stopped service but were ready to initiate once more due to the great experience we had previously. Well if you prefer "English", then I prefer to take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed with this company who chooses to turn away clients due to language barrier. Shame on you!!!
