When I first contacted Pesticon regarding termites after going through their comprehensive website, their response was very quick, though using unprofessional language. Despite the website stating that the site visit was free, they wanted to charge me $150. The fellow who came and did the site visit might have had a year of experience and seemed to know a few things about termites. The report they sent me did not come until I requested it and then it was very sparse on details. It included one sentence as their "quote" for a solution which did not outline what they would do. I would not recommend them even though they seem to have 5-star reviews...maybe those stars are for other parts of their pest control business??
