I was lied to! I was supposed to get roach control and they came for ants! Your customer service people suck. They don't listen and talked over me. Your tech gladly told me how much it will cost me to cancel without me asking. If you had a place for me to write a review it would not be nice. Cancel me and take me to court, liars.

I signed up for this pest control in August of 2025. It took a bit of convincing and a better deal, but we signed up. We were having issues with wasps, spiders and earwigs. We have not noticed a difference between the services. We consistently still have earwigs. Our front bushes have pests and I don’t think we’ve gone two weeks without seeing a spider. I was trying to get through the plan, so it would just be over with, but we’ve been disappointed repeatedly. First of all, they let us know we could cancel in December of 2025 if we didn’t notice a difference after the first visit, fast forward they said our plan didn’t say that and we couldn’t cancel. So, we have to pay until July of 2026. I called a week or so ago about wasps building a nest on my umbrella, so they sent someone out to take care of it. I asked them directly if they took care of it, they said yes- we come home and go to sit on our patio just for the wasps to express how unhappy they are we’re in their space. The nest was still there and WE had to take care of it, knocking it down, etc. I called and expressed my concerns, and they said they would look it over. There is nothing to look over, we asked for a wasp situation to be taken care of, it didn’t get taken care of and we inevitably had to do it ourselves. They offered a $20 credit for June 2026. For almost an entire year of disappointment, $20 isn’t enough. I want to cancel early, and I’d like a refund for this month. They also offered to send someone out to take care of the situation, which once again was already taken care of by us. I’d also like to state, conveniently the first visit and this visit (which one be our last) are the only times we got a door handle sign to state they visited. I didn’t want to write this review, but I’d like to warn others. It’s frustrating, because every person I’ve spoken to is extremely friendly.

I’ll include the picture of the wasp nest we needed them to take care of. This is from inside of my house, zoomed in.

Do not go with this pest control! We signed a contract with them in July 2024 for a rodent exclusion subscription after they found rat droppings. This was a $2,000 contract that was a "lifetime". We also got them to seal our crawlspace to prevent more rats from getting in. Fast forward 18 months later. We had to call every time throughout the 18 months to prompt them to check on the traps because we heard noises. We cancelled our pest control with them. We were informed during cancellation that our rodent service would remain for 1 year. We called a few months later to have our traps checked again. They then informed us that the warranty actually ended when we cancelled our pest service. They sent an inspector out who found that the rats had BUILT AN ENTIRE NEST AND TORE UP OUR SUBFLOORING. This damage was not there 18 months ago. The inspector said we were still under warranty. Then he followed up later that day to say we weren't. So now we're stuck with a rat's nest, destroyed subflooring, and $2,000 poorer. But we are wiser from the experience.

2/11 update: a representative called me. Their offer was for us to start another subscription and pay to fix the rodent issue (which they caused). I explained to her that we are in this predicament because they never did what the original agreement said.

2/12 update: she called again to offer another inspector/manager to come and look at our house again. Also on the call, they did admit they just stopped coming to deal with the rodents while we were paying for service (including not coming at all for the last 7 months) although they tried to explain away why they didn't come. I'm including before and after photos of our crawlspace.

Frequently Asked Questions

Services typically address ants, spiders, cockroaches, earwigs, and seasonal perimeter pests. The company also provides rodent inspections with trapping and entry-point sealing when needed. Mosquito reduction and wasp nest treatments may be available depending on the situation. An initial inspection helps determine the right approach for your property.

Most plans include routine exterior treatments with interior service upon request if activity is noticed. Frequency can vary by season and pest pressure, often moving from initial treatment to periodic maintenance. Your technician can adjust the schedule based on findings. Ask about timing before you enroll so expectations are clear.

For exterior-only maintenance, many customers do not need to be home if access is available. Interior service generally requires someone present to allow entry and discuss target areas. The office can confirm requirements when scheduling. If you have pets, discuss access and safety instructions in advance.

Some activity can persist briefly as treatments take effect. If pests remain after a reasonable period, contact the office to discuss a follow-up visit or adjustments. Document where and when you see activity to help the technician target problem areas. Clear communication typically shortens the time to resolution.

Pricing depends on the size of the property, pest type, and service frequency. Some plans may involve service agreements, so it’s important to review terms, cancellation policies, and what is included before starting. Ask for written details covering scope, visit frequency, and any additional fees. This helps avoid confusion later.
