Landon and Stephen arrived on time and thoroughly explained what they would do after Landon asked me if we had any problems. Landon then went through each common area inside the house while Stephen did the outside. Landon even showed me how to stop my plant mites. They were very courteous, and friendly. I called Colonial Pest Control after using a different pest control company for 2 years after moving to Tennessee. Not impressed at all. Now I am in my second year with Colonial and was impressed from the start. Today was my scheduled maintenance The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and asked if we were having any issues. Haven't really had any issues since using them. Now that the warm weather is here we are starting to see some flies and carpenter bees while sitting on the front porch. He had some stuff he could use and proceeded to do the whole perimeter of the house.I appreciated the reliability and promptness of the service, and the quality of the work gave me peace of mind. It’s definitely the best pest control near me I’ve used. Highly recommend!
