I have Justin from Russel Pest Control came out for spraying the apartment building and he is such a nice guy. Very respectful and did his job professionally. We recommend them 100%
I’ve been using Russell’s for about 2 to 3 years now. I called because I had a complaint. The manager called me back and was super defensive and not friendly. Didn’t have any customer service in mind when I asked to change technicians. They told me there would be a fee to have a different person come out. I do not recommend them.
Love Russell's! The office staff is great - always professional and courteous. I've had the pleasure of working with Shirley, George, Stacy, and Michelle, and they have all been so helpful and kind. The technicians have always been wonderful to work with. Billy delivers high-quality service and goes the extra mile to provide peace of mind. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the steps he's following/products he's using to ensure the safety of our babies and pets. We had an inspection with Paul, and although the circumstances of our pest issue were not ideal, he provided complete reassurance that our home is in good hands with Russell's. He was thorough and gave detailed explanations of the recommended treatments to keep our home and family safe. Billy and Paul bring a level of care and attention you don't often find in the service industry. Highly recommend Russell's for your pest control (and crawl space) needs!
Our tech came and was on time. He called first to say he was on his way. I discussed my concerns and he politely answered all my questions and explained what he planned to do. He wore shoe covers inside and was very respectful of our home. It’s two story and I didn’t expect him to treat around exterior side of 2 nd floor windows but he actually did. Thanks for thorough treatment. Great job!!
These individuals may be very good for eliminating pests from inside your home. I would not use them for trapping animals in your yard particularly over a holiday week. For a $360 no guarantee fee, they stated that they would come to my house, set a trap to catch a raccoon that was a danger to some pets I have back in my yard. Then because it was both Christmas and New Year, they did not fulfill the contract, kept the money, told me they would refund it and then tell me it was impossible for them to refund it. Please do not sign a contract with them for trapping a wild animal. They are not honest and they are not going to work on a holiday or a weekend either which is okay, but that needs to explicitly stated. In particular, I would not advise you to have anything to do with the individual named Mark Peck who will not give you an honest representation of what they are willing to do before taking your money. I have been in personal contact with this individual who told me they would " make it right " and yes I have the written documentation, but apparently he lied about it. After saying he would make it right he then told me he would have to talk to his manager and his manager refused. Stay away from them for this particular service. They're probably fine for everything else that is inside the home.
