He’s always friendly and helpful. We struggled trying to get him back to my Wednesday schedule and you finally made that happen. So I’m thankful for that. But I wish you would give the tech a little bit more time at each residence because I don’t feel like 11 minutes is enough time to spray all around the house and all around the garage and wipe the webs and what not. Sadly, I couldn’t get back home from babysitting in time to let him in and spray inside, but if I find an issue, I know he will come out and help with that.
