Jacob is always dependable and courteous. He completed the treatment in a timely manner and paid attention to details. He is very easy to work with. Our Taex system was used and outside pest treatment also.
Be aware - they will say anything to get the contract paid. I have been a loyal customer since 2018. I had canceled my termite warranty with them because of the quarterly pest service issues. After 7 months, Chris convinced me to give them another chance. He stated that the termite warranty would restart with payment (1 year). I just received a phone call today that my warranty had expired. They stated that it went by the closing date, and would need to be repaid (after only 6 months). They stated I may have been misinformed and that what the situation. I told them, again, what Chris had promised after we had discontinued termite warranty services. She said she would let a supervisor know, but that they don't change dates and that was what could be done. With all of the issues previously (late communication for dates of service, promises unfulfilled for warranties, and not cleaning up of insect mounds) we discontinued services and highly recommend you go somewhere else for your pest needs.

I've had Hometeam service my home for about five years. Their service is great. At times when I times I could not be home, I got notice via text that my service had been completed. When I had issues, Hometeam sent someone over in a timely manner. Their service price is reasonable and they charge quarterly. I wouldn't have it any other way!
