I’m very disappointed with my experience with Dave’s Pest Control.Each time they are scheduled to come out for an inspection or treatment, the appointment is either canceled without notification or canceled and rescheduled. This has now happened three times in a row. I rearranged my schedule to be available, only to find out they were not coming — with little to no communication.At this point, I’m honestly wondering if it’s standard protocol to cancel on the scheduled day and then reschedule for another day. When you’re dealing with pest issues, you expect timely and reliable service. Delays and lack of communication only make an already stressful situation worse.I hope they improve their scheduling process and communication, because consistency and reliability are extremely important in this type of service.
I was looking for a reasonable price and service for pest control and was looking to get a quote. I called and asked for a quote I always get three quotes. This time I did not The rep answered all my questions and the price was reasonable. Owen did the quote and I was at easy with him to move forward. I got the first one done and was very pleased with the job , he did. I at this point would say you don't need a big company name to be done right . Trust the small business man And do local. You will be treated better than a number. they will value your business.
Bill has been my service person since service began. He is great. Always on time, through, and friendly. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and asks if I have questions. He reminds me if I have any problems between visits, to call and he will return. Also he brings little treats for my Greta, my Chihuahua. Thanks a very satisfied customer.
Owen was extremely quick and cleaned up after himself. He was very thorough and considerate. I mentioned I was a little scary of rodents and bugs, he ensured me he would keep everything discrete as he bagged everything up and away. This was our second visit which was a follow up and the first was great as well! William (Bill) was extremely informative about the process and expectations. He also provided tips after placing the traps and everything. He was also fast!! Dave’s Pest Control has been great would 1000% recommend.
