I’ve had their quarterly service since January 2023 and have found it to be beneficial. Dean services our community and he always so kind when I see him, very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a sudden an infestation a couple months back and Dean was able to pinpoint the entry and confirm it was due to my neighbors who are perpendicular to me that were building a pool and basically disrupted the unground network. Between the indoor and outdoor treatment our issue was resolved in about 4-5 days and we’ve been fine ever since.
Home Team Pest Defense is the best!! We’ve had other bug companies like Aptive and no one comes close to what Home Team delivers!! Peace of mind, no critters or creepy crawlers lingering around and awesome staff that are helpful, timely and friendly. Definitely a win, win for us including the cost which is reasonable for everything we have done.

This company blindly continues to raise prices and only states in their contract that pricing may be updated. They never inform the customers of the actual amount of the price increase before it happens. Then they perform the service and send the new pricing. This is a shady practice and it needs to be stopped. When I contacted them to let them know that I was frustrated with this I was greeted with attitude and arguments fromboth the sales representative and the manager. No respect and after having to argue with them for 20 minutes, was able to get my bill reduced by $8 after it had gone up over $14 with taxes. I will be looking for a small business to service my property. Tired of these big companies shady business practices. People need to put their foot down! We need full transparency in pricing and a choice before the bill comes!
I have used Home Team Pest Defense since I bought my new home in 2018, and they provide Exceptional service. They are very customer friendly and aggressive in providing great service. Their product is 99.9%. I only say that because nothing is perfect. The one or two times I saw a small bug on the floor (in- between services), I simply called and they arranged to come out ASAP. I am extremely pleased with this company, and I simply adore the gentleman who provides my service. He is a friendly professional.
