I made an appointment online for rodent extermination. Peter was on time, professional and very friendly. He helped diagnose what the problem can be. I appreciate Peter for coming in and being helpful and being clear and precise on everything that was going on. Peter is the epitome of what a great employee and a great person should be. Thank you Orkin as well for being very communicative (text, email) with every appointment. I appreciate everything being clear. If I didn't say it already, Peter is awesome ??.

I submitted an inquiry online, on a Sunday, received a call an hour later to setup an appointment and an Orkin technician arrived the next day. Pete arrived on time, very professional, extremely informative and very personable. He was very patient with all my questions, walked me through the house showing me areas where the carpenter ants were getting in and sprayed those areas and the perimeter of the house. In just 2 short hours I noticed a difference, by the end of the day - no ants! I am scheduled monthly to ensure we got them all. Thanks so much for a timely response!

Pete the Orkin Man was very professional and informative and extremely Efficient in all he did to help correct the Rat Problem. He explained in detail all the needed to be done, set straps where needed inside and outside the home and scheduled the next appt for recheck. The price too Very Affordable. The guy doing the job was fantastic! The guy on the phone also fantastic. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of is adding on things we didn’t need to the bill. Such as mosquito spraying which ups the bill by like $80. But the guy that came out fixed us up! Really great guy

Today I had Orkin come out and do a remediation for a silverfish issue in my attic. They removed all of the unwanted items that were in my attic and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the entire attic. They also put in baffles to make the attic have better airflow and breathe better. They also put down new insulation in my attic which was greatly needed. The crew that came out to take care of this problem were very polite and courteous to me. They treated me as if I were a friend or family member And not just $$$. People don’t realize how important it is to have a problem in your home taken care of by people that seem to really care about you and your home. I cannot say enough great things about the crew that came out to take care of this. Ryan, Jaylen, Travis and Winston from the North Olmsted branch. Thank you a million times for you work and most importantly the respectful treatment of my home and myself. Amazing!!!

Update – August 2025: Adam was back today for our regular mosquito service, and once again, flawless execution. Treating a property along the shores of Lake Erie isn’t easy, but Adam’s expertise makes it look effortless. Because of his thorough and consistent work, we’ve been able to enjoy a perfect summer—mosquito-free and filled with evenings hanging out by the lake. Adam’s dedication keeps proving why he’s the best in the business.
