A serious concern comes from one customer, who reports rude service and says staff did not mind using glue traps even though unintended animals can have their skin and fur torn off.

Customer service was quite rude but I can get past that so long as they provide good service. Unfortunately they do not, and they had no problem telling me they dont mind the use of traps that are inhumane if it "gets the job done" such as glue traps. They are "cheap and quick so some unintended animals do end up getting their skin and fur torn off" I asked for examples and was told "along with mice, there are squirrels, snakes, butterflies, and domestic animals that have been stuck on their traps" ... this company did not seem to care.
