We love Clarke Pest Control! Marc has been our bug spray guy for many years. We absolutely love the dedication and loyalty he shows his clients. Anytime we need a complementary spray or anytime there’s an issue that arises, I can always count on him to come quickly to save the day. He is very nice, accommodating and friendly!
I had a door to door sales representative come to the door, stating that I would be provided a service fee of 49.99 every two months. I denied to service twice due to us having another service, attempted to close the door and the man persisted. Even though the service rep passed right by our no soliciting sign. I attempted to be kind and hear him out, was timid to accept the offer because I was unsure it was true. I called customer service attempted to confirm the man's pricing and that he worked with the company. She said if that's what he said that that's what it would be and she said she would follow up with a supervisor give me a call back. Long story short the supervisor never called back, the representative did through a test message. He messaged asked if I was ready to discuss, I reviewed the amount based off of what he was stating and what was on the agreement was different. He stated that a code on the form which said EOM would correct itself once I signed the agreement and reflect. It did not and now they are attempting to charge me 99.99 every two months, the other company I worked with was charging me less terminix, and so I called back and attempted to cancel. Now they are trying to charge me 200 dollars to cancel, even though the information that I was verbally given is completly different then is written and brought to the attention of the representative on the phone. Mind you, their competitors orkin and terminix never charged me with a cancelation fee either times I canceled with them to switch for better pricing.I called customer service and am now waiting for a supervisor to return my call, however from this experience alone. I highly recommend not signing up with the company, just from the lack of communication on the inside. As well, as transparency to the customers about a cancelation fee.
Effective No Pests! ?? ?? Michael is a very polite and diligent young man. We watch footage of him servicing our home, mostly to see where he's placing the chemicals..we note he's very respectful of our home and patio furniture. We appreciate it kindly. Thank you
I chose Clark Pest Control, bc my previous landlord used them. The rep who came to my previous landlord’s property was so professional, and answered all of my questions with great knowledge and passion.I just moved into a new place about 2 weeks ago, and today I met another agent whose name is Kevin. And, I’ve never received such amazing customer service. He was genuinely kind, patient, very passionate about his job. He answered every question I had, and educated me on things I had no idea about.I literally feel like I’m part of a family. This is my first time ever having purchased a pest control service, but I feel like the price is very reasonable. And, the service is like a breath of fresh air.
