My wife and I reside in Ridgecrest, California. A few days ago, there was an incursion of small bees in the pantry. Although the bees weren't agressive (and in fact, for some reason, they were "automatically" dying off), I wanted to find out where they were coming from. Mr. Carlos, our Pest Control Technician, altered his schedule so that he could promptly check the situation. As usual, he was most professional, thorough and friendly. Although we were't able to locate the genesis of the incursion, I appreciate Carlos' expertise in performing the investigation (and there has been no further "bee invasion.")
Today was first time that Dylan was at our home. He was very nice and did a wonderful job. He cleaned cobwebs anywhere he saw them on the house. We hope he stays our technician!
