We recently needed service between our regular service dates and Niles did not hesitate to come out! He is always prompt, friendly, professional, and truly helpful. We've been using Rid X for 2 years now and have been really happy with the service. Niles, you're the best, thank you!!

Exceptional Service Every Time! I’ve been using this pest control service for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care and attention they provide. Stalin, my technician, is always friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and is incredibly thorough, especially when it comes to addressing my special requests. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and I always feel confident that my home is in great hands. Yvonne, the office manager, is also a huge help. She makes scheduling services around my busy life so much easier. I really appreciate her flexibility and the way she always greets me with a friendly voice when I call. Overall, the team goes above and beyond to ensure I’m satisfied. I highly recommend their services!

Rid-X was very professional and friendly!! Had a bee hive in the back of the house by the patio and Stalin was very knowledgeable and explained all he did and what he will do if the bee's return. Appreciate Stalin's genuine approach and professionalism... Definitely recommend
